Information we collect

Huddle Fabrication may collect information you provide when placing an order, sending an inquiry, submitting a commission request, uploading a customer gallery image, or using features that save a fitting session. This can include your name, email address, phone number, shipping information, project information, measurements, uploaded files and images, and messages you send to the shop.

Payments

Online payment is handled by Stripe. Huddle Fabrication does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code. Stripe processes payment information according to its own privacy and security practices.

Orders and inquiries

Order and inquiry records are stored so we can fulfill purchases, provide customer service, manage custom work, prevent fraud, and keep business records.

Uploaded photos

Customer gallery photos are private until reviewed by a Huddle Fabrication administrator. Approved photos may appear in the public gallery or Huddle Fabrication marketing only when the submitter has granted permission through the upload form. The email address submitted with a gallery photo is not displayed publicly.

3D Armor Lab

The Armor Lab may store fitting-session information in your browser using local browser storage or IndexedDB so you can reopen a fitting later. Those locally saved sessions remain on that browser/device unless you clear site storage. Files submitted as part of a commission or other server-side workflow may be stored by Huddle Fabrication for project fulfillment.

Service providers

We may use service providers such as Cloudflare for hosting/storage and Stripe for payment processing. We share information only as needed to operate the website, fulfill orders, protect the service, or comply with law.

Retention

We retain business, order, inquiry, commission and moderation records for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and resolving disputes.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with your inquiry, order, or gallery submission. Requests may be subject to recordkeeping obligations and identity verification.
