Products and custom work

Huddle Fabrication sells cosplay armor, helmets, non-functional prop replicas, accessories and related fabrication services. Product photos and descriptions are intended to represent the item accurately, but hand-finished and made-to-order products can have minor variations.

Cosplay prop notice

Products described as prop weapons or replicas are non-functional costume/display items. They are not designed or sold as real weapons. Customers are responsible for following venue rules, convention policies, transportation requirements, and applicable laws when carrying or displaying props.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Online card payments are processed through Stripe. An order is not accepted until payment is successfully completed and Huddle Fabrication records the order. We may cancel and refund an order if a listing error, inventory problem, fraud concern, or fabrication issue prevents fulfillment.

Made-to-order lead times

Lead-time estimates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Complex fabrication, finishing, supply delays, customer-requested changes, weather, carrier delays, or unusually high order volume can affect timing. If a specific event date matters, contact the shop before ordering.

Sizing and fit

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and reviewing sizing information. The 3D Armor Lab and other fit tools are planning aids and do not guarantee perfect fit, mobility, comfort, or compatibility with every undersuit, padding system, body shape, printer, material or fabrication method.

Customer-supplied files

You represent that you have permission to use any STL, image, design or other file you submit. Huddle Fabrication may refuse work involving files that cannot legally or practically be used for the requested project.

Intellectual property

Third-party fictional characters, logos and designs remain the property of their respective owners. Huddle Fabrication is not affiliated with or endorsed by those rights holders unless explicitly stated. Huddle Fabrication's own website design, original branding, photos and original shop materials may not be reused without permission.

Website availability

We work to keep the store, Armor Lab and customer tools available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be updated, repaired, limited or temporarily unavailable.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huddle Fabrication is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, cosplay items, customer-supplied files, event restrictions, improper use, modification, or failure to follow care and safety guidance.
